Pam is a Principal and a Shareholder of Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz and has more than 30 years of public accounting experience. She received her certification in Accounting from Franklin & Marshall College and went on to graduate with honors from Lebanon Valley College, receiving a Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Administration.

Before joining Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz, Pam ran a successful public accounting practice in Lancaster for 21 years. As a business owner, she understands the needs and expectations of today's small business from both a compliance, technology and tax standpoint.

As a key member of the Firm’s Tax Department, Pam specializes in all phases of accounting, tax planning, tax preparation and entity selection for individuals and small businesses. The tax code has become increasingly complex which makes it difficult for the average person to keep abreast of all the changes. Pam focuses on helping individuals and small businesses maneuver through the rules and regulations to provide the best results.

Pam is also very instrumental in the Lancaster office’s SBAS (Small Business Accounting Service) Department. She has extensive experience with early stage entrepreneurial businesses, medical and dental practices, real estate entities, construction and manufacturing, as well as a variety of small business clients. Pam recognizes that the increasing role of small business in the American business landscape along with more commanding and accessible information technology has changed the function and importance of the small business accountant. For this reason, Pam's primary focus is helping clients increase bottom line results by providing services focused on business strategy, operational effectiveness and organizational development, thereby maximizing shareholder value and personal wealth.
