

Gayle L. Bolinger is a Principal at Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz with a focus on providing business valuation services relating to estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, business planning and marital dissolution. As a key member of the BSSF Litigation Support department, Gayle also consults in the area of economic damages and forensic accounting. Gayle obtained her Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Purdue University. She holds the designation of Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and also the American Institute of CPA’s Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) specialty designations. She is also a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA).
In addition to her litigation support experience, Gayle has over fifteen years of experience teaching accounting and finance courses full-time at various colleges and universities, including Dickinson College and The Catholic University of America. Most recently, she taught undergraduate and MBA classes at Lebanon Valley College. Gayle has received additional training in fraud examination from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and developed a Forensic Accounting and Fraud Examination course, which she taught at Lebanon Valley College.
She combines her academic background, training and experience to meet clients’ unique needs, whether that client is an attorney needing a well thought out, objective analysis and expert witness testimony or a business owner seeking a business valuation.
