Dana is a Principal and Shareholder of Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz. As a key member of the Firm’s Auto Dealership Group, Dana assists dealerships with accounting, tax planning, operating and compliance issues, succession planning and more. He is a Certified Valuation Analyst and as such is involved with preparing valuations of businesses for estate, succession planning and buy/sell purposes. He also has extensive experience performing single audits and compliance consulting for not-for-profit organizations that receive federal funding. He continues to serve clients in a variety of other industries, including manufacturing, contracting and various retail enterprises throughout central Pennsylvania.
