November 2011: The team at BSSF (Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz) ran its United Way Campaign from September 23rd to October 21st with a goal to reach 80% participation and met it! The team also increased its contributions by 16% and participation by 6% compared to last year.
A kickoff event in September started the BSSF United Way Campaign, in addition to gift baskets to create excitement. Employees were treated to an ice cream social in recognition of meeting the participation goal. This is a huge accomplishment for BSSF, the United Way of the Capital Region and the United Way of Lancaster County!
Each year BSSF sends employees during the work day to participate in the annual United Way Day of Caring in September. This year the employees cleaned up the grounds of the Harrisburg Cemetery (see photo below).
