Roger North – Founder and President, North Group Consultants
Roger North is Founder and President of North Group Consultants. In addition to his leadership responsibilities at North Group, he thrives on the consulting work he was “born to do.” His personal interests and skills lie in the areas of executive and team development, as well as organizational transition and growth.
Roger holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Messiah College and is a graduate of Leadership Lancaster and the Excellence in Speaking Institute. His professional experience includes over 35 years in leadership and organizational development.
An active volunteer, Roger currently serves as Chairman of Evangelical Seminary’s Board of Trustees. He also serves on the Boards of Water Street Mission and The Kids Trust. He is past Chairman of Leadership Lancaster. In addition, he has served as a board member for Love INC, Family Service of Lancaster County, The Lancaster Symphony Orchestra, The Lebanon Valley Chamber Foundation and The Horst Group.
Roger loves spending time with his college sweetheart, Carolyn, to whom he has been married for over 35 years. They have three children, two of which are married. His hobby is golfing, especially when played with his son and son-in-law. Roger is also an avid reader.
Dan Burkholder- Consultant, North Group Consultants
Dan Burkholder brings over 7 years of consulting experience to North Group Consultants. Most recently he served as a Consultant at Bartell & Bartell, Ltd., specializing in organizational and leadership development.
Dan earned a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2009. Both personally and professionally, he is passionate about hearing people’s stories and working with them to craft plans that leave a lasting legacy. It is in helping people establish their “Why” – from which the “Hows” and “Whats” of life are created – that Dan feels most fulfilled.
In his spare time, you can find Dan with his extended family or friends, playing music, spending time outside grilling and playing lawn games, or enjoying a good film. He also has a deep love for wrestling – a sport in which he grew up and continues to follow today.
Dan and his wife, Abby, live in Lititz with their children, Cora and Judah, and two dogs, Izzy and Ollie. They all love enjoying everything Lititz has to offer!
