Brown Plus Stands in the Fight Against Racial Injustice

Over the last few weeks, we have remained silent and listened to voices that needed to be heard. We’ve watched all that is happening in the communities around us. And we have reflected on our own culture and our mission: we exist to help people achieve extraordinary outcomes.

That means all people.

Brown Plus stands in solidarity with those who are fighting racial injustice and social discrimination in our communities and across the nation.

We will stand and help the Black community achieve extraordinary outcomes because it is our mission. We pledge to listen to different perspectives, to react and stand in the fight against inequality and systemic oppression, and to enact change within our organization where necessary.

As a start, we are making contributions to NAACP Pennsylvania Chapter and NAACP Maryland Chapter to try and affect change local to our communities.

Now more than ever, we stand by the words in our mission.
