Formed in 1990, BSSF has grown to employ approximately 130 employees in our Pennsylvania (Camp Hill, Hanover, Lancaster) locations and Maryland (Frederick, Westminster) locations. BSSF is proud to acknowledge our history of low turnover. This, coupled with our commitment to continued team member development and training, allows us to provide the most knowledgeable and experienced staff to fulfill all our clients’ needs.
Our team of professionals, which is a complement of approximately 63 CPA’s and 28 tax preparers, come from extremely varied backgrounds. Most of our management professionals have spent a significant amount of their career with national accounting firms before joining BSSF. Combined with our many long-term BSSF team members, we can provide our clients with the highest level of quality service in all areas of their business.
Our Orientation & On-Going CPE Programs
Our orientation program is designed to acquaint you to the Firm’s culture, procedures, technology, and team members. You will receive support from your team, a “buddy”, and a mentor of your choosing as you acclimate to your new role. They will be there for you as colleagues, coaches, and role models. We pride ourselves on providing our team members with the tools necessary to succeed. This includes, but is not limited to, various training programs for audit, tax, other technical areas, leadership skills, technology, and on-going CPE programs organized by BSSF.
Outside Our Office Walls
We put great emphasis on caring for our team members, clients, and for the members of the communities we work and live in.
BSSF assembles a team during office hours to assist in the United Way Day of Caring annual community service event. Other client and community events include softball games, indoor mini-golf, volleyball, community service projects, and much more!
