ACCOUNTANT/ OFFICE MANAGER

Our client, a leading B2B Media Company has a great opportunity available for an Office Manager/Accountant. The position will report directly to and work alongside the President and VP of Sales.

The position will oversee the office operations and the accounting function which can include:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Daily deposits
  • Payroll
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Month closing
  • Budget billing
  • Commission calculations
  • Sales and expense projections
  • Sales meeting preparations
  • Forecasting
  • P&L creation
  • Benefits enrollment
  • Onboarding
  • Maintaining office supplies

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources
  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience
  • Experience in financial and accounting principles and practices
  • Prior experience using QuickBooks
  • Proficient in all MS office products; particularly Excel
  • Strong and apparent attention to detail
  • Must work well in a team
  • Demonstrate the utmost discretion, confidentiality and integrity
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Possess critical thinking skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to comprehend, communicate, and resolve daily issues effectively
