Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz (BSSF), a premier public accounting and business advisory firm, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant – Report Processing to join our Camp Hill office! This full-time position will join our dedicated administrative support team to support the firm accounting professional, manage report processing as well as these other duties for the firm:

 

  • Client report preparation including formatting and embedding information
  • Proofing documents
  • Review and preparation of client engagement letters
  • Front desk rotation on multi-line phone system
  • Other general administrative duties and projects as assigned

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years prior experience in a similar administrative support role
  • Previous experience working in an accounting firm or in a position which supported multiple professionals
  • Be a team player while also working independently
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed based on work load; specifically during tax season
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Advanced level computer, Word, and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Have a proven track record in a similar multi-tasking environment
