Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz, a premier public accounting and business advisory firm in Central PA, is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Assistant/Report Processor to join our Camp Hill office. This full-time position will manage report processing as well as other duties for the firm:


  • Client report preparation including formatting and embedding information
  • Proofing documents
  • Review and preparation of engagement letters
  • Front desk rotation on multi-line phone system
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2+ years prior experience in a similar role
  • Have previous work experience working in an accounting firm
  • Be a team player while also working independently
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed based on work load
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to follow directions
  • Advanced level computer, Word, and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to juggle and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Have a proven track record in a similar multi-tasking environment
