Kevin Kateluzos

Kevin is a Principal with Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz, which boasts one of the largest tax departments in the Harrisburg region. Kevin received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Pennsylvania State University.

As a key member of the Firm’s Tax Department, Kevin prepares and supervises the preparation of tax returns for pass-through entities, corporations and tax-exempt entities. He also assists other members of the Firm in providing clients with solutions to tax-related questions concerning transactions.

He has been involved with the preparation and review of tax reporting for charitable, educational and religious organizations (501(c)(3) organizations), labor organizations (501(c)(5) organizations), membership organizations (501(c)(6) organizations) and private foundations.

Kevin is an instrumental part of staying at the forefront of tax implications for nonprofits.  In 2008 when the IRS released the New Form 990, he led our internal training for employees and external training sessions for our clients.  He continues to keep up to date on all changes related to Form 990 and informs our clients of new developments as they arise.

Overall, Kevin assists clients in numerous industries and has extensive experience servicing those clients in the property and casualty insurance niche, as well as various other partnerships, limited liability companies and tax-exempt organizations.
