Culture Eats Strategy for Lunch!

This seminar will focus on the importance of culture in your organization. In the presentation by Roger North and Dan Burkholder, you will learn that:

  • Culture is the responsibility of leadership – the “Why” and the “How.”
  • Culture change is necessarily incremental – it takes time and intention.
  • Culture change ushers in the world of human behavior – a world in which most executives are under-educated.

Following the presentation, you will hear from three panelists, who will discuss culture change within their own organizations and the catalyst for that change. Read more about our panelists and their organizations below.
